my story

Beyond my long career as a physical therapist helping others, in recent years I have learned the practice of self-care, including the ability to express myself through painting and writing. I enjoy painting with acrylics, sketching mandalas, and writing nonfiction, fiction, and poetry.

My creativity includes creating Terrabalma, a line of skin and lip care products.

I am a recovering perfectionist.

I live in the Upper Valley, a community within the bordering states of Vermont and New Hampshire. I love the coast of Maine, time with family, and enjoy playing cribbage, pickleball, and golf.
