Full Bloom & Finishing Touches

Full Bloom

My latest painting still needs some finishing touches, but I would still consider it to be in "Full Bloom." My writing and painting parallel my growth; I suppose it would be a little silly if that weren’t the case. But alas, I am the quirky creator, am I not? Hopefully, I will forever be putting the finishing touches on my life. Thankfully, finishing touches no longer equate to perfection as they once did, because I am no longer striving for that, and I think it shows. I celebrated completing my second draft of my manuscript, "Shadow of a Friend," this weekend and will be sending it out to beta readers tomorrow! It aspires to be an interesting and intriguing novella about ghosting in a friendship.
